About the Role

This internship within Moët Hennessy's UK division offers an immersive experience into the world of premium brands, focusing on building practical marketing expertise. Interns will work closely with various departments including marketing, PR, communications, sales, finance, logistics, and external agencies. Tasks range from creative marketing projects to administrative and logistical duties. Opportunities include involvement in brand events, media campaigns, digital activations, and trade support.

Through engagement with the craft, heritage, and expertise of Moët Hennessy's Maisons and the wider LVMH group, interns will make a notable commercial contribution from the start. Comprehensive support includes regular feedback, developmental discussions, and tools to identify personal strengths, fostering a sense of belonging to a community dedicated to creativity and excellence.

Note: All internships are full-time and require legal authorization to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Hennessy Masterbrand team in implementing various brand-related projects.
  • Provide support for sales initiatives across on-trade and off-trade channels.
  • Participate actively in brand events throughout the year, including evenings and weekends.
  • Create copy and marketing assets for both internal and external use.
  • Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and process invoices to ensure prompt payments.
  • Oversee point of sale materials inventory and coordinate orders.
  • Independently handle stock ordering and logistics related to brand events and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison for sales and customers regarding brand insights; track market data for business presentations.
  • Maintain accountability and storage of brand merchandise and stock.
  • Collaborate with PR teams to develop and execute a yearly cultural event calendar, attending relevant occasions.
  • Engage with agencies, providing PR assets and assisting with press releases and communications.
  • Coordinate the activation calendar at Harrods boutique and support brand activations in department stores.
  • Work with the Brand and CRM managers to create annual CRM plans and produce email marketing briefs.
  • Support Amazon team efforts by contributing to branded store creative, copywriting, and strategy.

Professional Profile

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Previous internships or work experience in Brand or Project Management is advantageous.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with the UK spirits industry is preferred.
  • Personal interest in pop culture and the Hennessy brand universe is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the UK music scene is beneficial.
  • Competency in Canva is essential; Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus but not mandatory.
