Role Overview
This position is ideal for a marketer who is self-driven, resourceful, and excited to build marketing activity from the ground up. The right person will be imaginative, practical, and comfortable moving quickly in a startup setting, taking initiative to spot opportunities, suggest ideas, and deliver strong results.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Spot new growth opportunities and proactively bring forward creative campaign ideas.
- Review campaign outcomes and use performance data to keep improving results.
- Support performance across the website, email, social media, paid channels, and other digital touchpoints.
Content and Copywriting
- Draft persuasive, brand-aligned copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social channels, advertisements, and sales materials.
- Develop content that informs audiences, builds credibility, and encourages engagement.
- Help coordinate campaign assets, launches, promotional activities, and marketing communications.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing output reflects the company’s premium brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Support brand-building efforts and keep messaging consistent across all customer interactions.
Website and Digital Marketing
- Update website content and landing pages as needed.
- Assist with SEO work and improve website content for better performance.
- Support email marketing activity, automation workflows, and lead nurturing efforts.
Events and Partnerships
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events, and field marketing activities.
- Help with event planning, promotional efforts, and on-site content creation.
- Support strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data and insights.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an AI or technology startup.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong preference for action and execution.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute new ideas without being prompted.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong ability in copywriting and storytelling.
- Well-organized with solid project management capability.
- Comfort working on several priorities at once in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating across functions.
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot is considered an advantage.
