About the Role
This position suits a versatile marketer who can move quickly between creative execution and campaign operations. The role supports a fast-growing brand and combines social content production, email and WhatsApp automation, CRM upkeep, paid and organic campaign support, and ongoing performance analysis.
You will not be limited to one narrow function. The work includes shaping campaign ideas, creating visuals, drafting and refining copy, checking AI-written blog content for accuracy, scheduling posts, and reviewing results to improve future marketing activity. The environment calls for someone who works well independently and can switch smoothly between design work and campaign planning.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and design social media carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a target of two carousels each week.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content schedule covering Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Handle audience engagement by monitoring and replying to comments, direct messages, and ad interactions on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop marketing copy in both English and Mandarin for product captions, carousel copy, blog posts, and advertisements.
- Keep an eye on social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to guide content decisions.
- Produce static graphics, short-form videos, and reusable branded templates.
Email Marketing & CRM Automation
- Plan, write, design, and schedule email campaigns from start to finish.
- Create and maintain WhatsApp automation journeys across key business areas, including welcome messages, re-engagement sequences, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Manage CRM data by keeping records organised, clean, and properly segmented for targeted communication.
- Monitor performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion results, then adjust campaigns using those insights.
Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop and present fresh campaign ideas that help the brand stand out and grow its audience.
- Run both paid and organic initiatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Identify possible issues in PPC activity on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, and assist with improvement efforts.
- Prepare marketing materials including brochures, landing pages, adverts, and promotional collateral.
- Write SEO-focused blog content to increase search visibility and product awareness.
- Check AI-generated blog drafts to ensure the information is correct and reliable.
- Work with vendors, external agencies, and offshore team members as needed on specific projects.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare routine reports covering social media, email, and paid marketing performance.
- Convert campaign data into practical insights and clear recommendations for the next steps.
- Support the upkeep and day-to-day use of marketing tools and software used by the team.
Experience & Skills
The role calls for 1 to 3 years of practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar position. Applicants should be comfortable using Canva and at least one Adobe application, and should also understand email marketing, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO for blogs and landing pages.
