You will work closely with the broader marketing team, clinic managers, and clinicians to support patient engagement and help local clinics perform strongly in their communities.

  • Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives such as seasonal promotions, open days, awareness campaigns, community activities, and partnerships.
  • Work with clinic managers and clinicians to collect testimonials, before-and-after images, and patient stories with appropriate consent.

  • Maintain a consistent brand presence across print, digital, and in-clinic materials.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors including printers, signage providers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
  • Assist with marketing for new clinic launches in Ireland and the UK.
  • Build pre-opening visibility through local outreach, social media, email, and community engagement.
  • Help organise launch-day activities such as open days, ribbon-cutting events, media activity, and community or influencer outreach.
  • Set up local search and listing basics, including Google Business Profile, directory entries, and location landing pages.
  • Create clear, friendly, brand-aligned copy for emails, blogs, social media, landing pages, leaflets, and in-clinic content.
  • Support social media planning, scheduling, community interaction, and content collection from clinics.
  • Brief creative partners and review work produced by designers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Keep website content current, including clinic pages, treatment pages, team profiles, and blog updates.
  • Support email campaigns and patient communication activity.
  • Help maintain clean CRM data and assist with simple automated journeys such as welcome messages, appointment reminders, and post-treatment follow-ups.
  • Prepare campaign reports and share practical insights with the team.
