Overview
An ambitious multi-site hospitality group is looking for a standout Marketing Director to shape its brand, communications, and international marketing direction. Based in London, this is a senior leadership position with a major influence on how a premium hospitality brand is presented, experienced, and expanded across the UK and overseas.
You will own the overall marketing and communications agenda, with a focus on brand consistency, commercial impact, and customer engagement across multiple channels. Working alongside senior leaders, agencies, and operational teams, you will help steer the brand’s next phase of growth and evolution on a global scale.
The advertised compensation is a salary of GBP 110,000 plus a package.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company-wide marketing and communications plan across international markets.
- Shape and maintain a clear, consistent, and engaging brand identity.
- Improve customer experience outcomes and track performance across all locations.
- Manage marketing budgets at both global and local levels.
- Run integrated campaigns spanning PR, digital, brand, social media, and events.
- Lead the CSR and sustainability message, making it part of the broader brand narrative.
- Oversee third-party delivery partners to protect brand standards and support expansion.
- Work with design and architecture teams to ensure brand consistency for new openings.
- Assist with menu development and commercial marketing efforts to support sales and profitability.
Experience and Background
- Substantial senior-level marketing leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or premium consumer brands.
- Strong capability across brand, communications, digital, social, and PR strategy.
- Track record of building and scaling respected customer-facing brands; multi-site or global experience is an advantage.
- Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of revenue drivers and growth levers.
- A creative and strategic mindset, supported by data-led decision making.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
