About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to establish and expand our marketing operations. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing brand management, demand generation, content creation, digital marketing, and performance oversight. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DemandFactor's overarching marketing strategy.
- Spearhead demand generation, ABM, and digital performance initiatives.
- Cultivate a robust brand presence and develop a high-impact content strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to achieve full-funnel objectives.
- Oversee marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution models, and budget allocation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline growth and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Experience in establishing and scaling marketing functions from their inception.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and execution skills.
