This position is with a fast-scaling LegalTech company based in New York City. The business builds cloud-based tools that help law firms, legal teams, and litigation professionals manage essential workflows more efficiently. As the Marketing Designer, you will own and refine the visual identity for two established brands, helping translate complex legal software into engaging creative that resonates with professional audiences.
What you'll do
- Create polished, high-performing assets for paid social, display ads, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages
- Develop a variety of marketing collateral, including case studies, sales decks, presentations, thought leadership materials, and event content
- Design exhibition graphics and trade show assets for legal industry conferences and similar events
- Contribute to the evolution of brand identity across multiple LegalTech products and platforms
- Produce motion graphics and video assets for campaigns, customer stories, product launches, and social media
- Build reusable design systems and Canva templates that can be used by broader marketing teams
- Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership stakeholders to turn technical ideas into clear visual storytelling
What we're looking for
We are seeking a practical, hands-on designer with a strong creative eye and the ability to bring technical offerings to life. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple channels and formats, a portfolio that demonstrates brand, campaign, digital, and video work, and the confidence to simplify complex subjects into compelling visuals. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability is important, along with working knowledge of Figma and Canva. Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, FinTech, LegalTech, or similar software-led environments would be a strong advantage.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus benefits.
