Job description
Role overview
We are seeking a Marketing Design & Ad Specialist in Ireland for a consumer brand focused on natural and organic products. This role combines visual design with performance marketing, so you will create attention-grabbing creative assets and also help drive measurable results through paid campaigns. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys both crafting brand visuals and improving campaign performance through testing and analysis.
You will work across paid and organic digital channels, helping shape how the brand looks and performs online. The role calls for a balance of creative judgment, data awareness, and day-to-day execution in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create static and video ad creatives for paid media and organic social content across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Adapt visual content for different digital campaign needs while staying aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Set up, track, and improve advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to strengthen engagement and conversions.
- Experiment with creative concepts and use campaign data to refine visuals, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Prepare supporting marketing assets such as presentations, sales materials, and product listings for digital use.
- Review performance data and turn it into practical recommendations that improve ROI, reach, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize work, manage budgets, and guide creative direction for ongoing campaigns.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of background in digital marketing, content creation, and social or paid media management.
- Practical experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Strong design ability, including the creation of both still visuals and video assets.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and data-led optimization.
- The ability to combine creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Experience with consumer brands, e-commerce, or CPG products is considered an advantage.
Benefits and work style
- Flexible part-time hours, making it suitable for freelance or fractional professionals.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- Compensation is offered in USD.
- The opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven health and wellness brand.
- Significant autonomy and ownership over creative marketing work.
- A collaborative, energetic team culture built around experimentation and impact.
