- Act as a point of support for retailers by assisting with promotion submissions, content requests, program participation, and communication of marketing opportunities.
- Work alongside leasing, operations, concierge, and marketing teams to ensure retailer initiatives are accurately represented across digital and guest-facing channels.
- Help build and maintain strong retailer relationships while identifying opportunities to spotlight tenants through digital, VIP, stylist, and tourism-related initiatives.
- Support the creation, coordination, and growth of the stylist program, including stylist relationships, retailer involvement, and program communications.
- Track activity, engagement, and retailer feedback to evaluate progress and identify areas for expansion.

- Facilitate clear communication across teams to support alignment, timely delivery, and a consistent customer experience.
- Assist with vendor and agency coordination, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate content for digital campaigns, website updates, retailer promotions, email marketing, tourism initiatives, VIP communications, and stylist materials.
- Ensure all communications reflect the shopping center’s brand voice, customer experience expectations, and business objectives.
- Work with internal teams, retailers, agencies, and creative partners to support marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Track and organize data related to digital marketing, VIP engagement, stylist activity, tourism efforts, retailer participation, traffic insights, and core business metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and program summaries that capture results, insights, and recommended next steps.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase orders, and spend management to keep records accurate and aligned with approved budgets.
- Maintain organized files for property profiles, access credentials, trademarks, retailer assets, tourism materials, program documentation, and marketing resources.
