Role Summary
The company is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented professional to work as a Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator. This position combines customer service, sales support, social media engagement, and coordination of marketing content while ensuring communication between customers and internal teams remains smooth and effective.
Core Duties
- Manage incoming customer calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Return missed calls and follow up on customer requests without delay.
- Handle customer conversations through WhatsApp.
- Track comments and direct messages on Instagram and Facebook, and respond appropriately.
- Support shoppers with product questions, order status updates, and day-to-day assistance.
- Route unresolved issues to the correct internal team and monitor them until they are closed.
- Help improve conversion from inquiry to purchase.
- Keep track of daily customer support activity and ensure prompt handling of queries.
- Review the quality of customer replies and communication standards.
- Support the maintenance of service benchmarks across the team.
- Maintain the content calendar and keep publishing plans organized.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to keep content production on track.
- Draft captions, content notes, and publishing briefs.
- Plan and organize stories, reels, and feed posts for Instagram.
- Make sure content goes live according to the schedule.
- Keep at least 2–3 days of prepared content available at all times.
- Prepare basic reports on marketing performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, marketing coordination, or a related role.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Arabic language ability is considered an advantage.
- Good organization, planning, and follow-up habits.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online customer service tools.
- A positive attitude with a practical problem-solving approach.
Performance Expectations
- All missed calls should be returned.
- Customer response times should remain fast.
- Inquiry-to-sale conversion should improve over time.
- Content should be published as scheduled.
- At least 2–3 days of content should always be ready in advance.
- Customer satisfaction should show consistent improvement.
