Role overview

This is a senior creative production position for a Germany-based professional, supporting a partner company’s hiring process. The work sits at the intersection of performance marketing, narrative development, and scalable content creation. You will shape and deliver high-performing ad creatives for major paid channels such as Meta and Google, within a fast-moving mobile app environment.

Working alongside user acquisition, creative strategy, and design teams, you will turn performance data into strong visual concepts that help drive growth and engagement. The role blends creative leadership with operational discipline: you will keep production pipelines efficient, uphold quality standards, guide multidisciplinary designers, and continuously improve creative output through testing and iteration. It is an opportunity to influence large-scale user growth through performance-led creativity in an AI-enabled marketing setting.

Key accountabilities

  • Own the full creative production cycle, from briefing and ideation to final delivery of static and video ad assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
  • Set the creative direction together with user acquisition managers, creative strategists, and AI-focused teams, making sure the work supports performance objectives and product positioning.
  • Supervise and coach motion and graphic designers, driving consistent output at high volume while keeping creative standards strong within sprint-based production rhythms.
  • Maintain smooth production workflows by managing briefs, review cycles, deadlines, and quality checks across several campaigns at once.
  • Work closely with user acquisition teams to build, run, and assess creative testing plans, using insights such as ROAS and engagement to refine concepts.
  • Improve creative operations continuously by expanding experimentation methods and streamlining workflows for faster iteration and testing.
  • Coordinate with marketing, user acquisition, and platform partners so that assets meet channel-specific needs and audience expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in performance marketing, mobile applications, or fast-scaling digital products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading creative teams, with a record of increasing output without sacrificing quality or performance.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media environments, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads formats, conventions, and performance behavior.
  • Proven experience creating both video and static assets for user acquisition campaigns, ideally in iterative and structured production setups.
  • Motion design experience or hands-on creative execution is a strong advantage, along with the ability to sharpen concepts and guide delivery.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative improvements.
  • Experience using AI tools and embedding them into creative workflows and production systems.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or health-tech creative strategy is considered a plus.
