Role Overview
This freelance Marketing Coordinator position is focused on hands-on support for Ponte Firm’s internal marketing activity across social channels and email. The ideal person is highly organized, attentive to detail, and has a strong sense of visual and content quality.
You will help shape the brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and email by handling the day-to-day planning, production, and publishing of content.
What You Will Do
- Plan, schedule, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Keep a steady and well-managed content calendar up to date.
- Work with internal teammates to gather ideas, prioritize tasks, and secure approvals.
- Write captions that are polished, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice.
- Track content performance and highlight what is performing well or underperforming.
- Design and assemble social content in Canva, including graphics, light edits, and formatting.
- Make sure all creative assets match the Ponte Firm visual identity and style.
- Adapt existing content into fresh formats such as clips and carousel posts.
- Handle email campaign execution for newsletters, announcements, and similar sends.
- Build and format emails in tools such as Klaviyo or comparable platforms.
- Coordinate email content, send timing, and audience segmentation.
- Review basic email metrics such as open rate and click-through rate.
- Keep marketing workstreams organized and moving on schedule.
- Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed.
- Serve as a dependable execution partner for the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content-related work.
- A strong visual eye with close attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup-style environment.
- Ability to stay proactive and organized without needing constant oversight.
- Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and email marketing tools.
- Clear and effective written communication skills.
