Regime Fight League (RFL) is a rapidly expanding amateur MMA promotion based in Southern California. This position is for a Marketing Coordinator who will support the core marketing operation and report directly to the Director of Marketing. The role focuses on hands-on execution to keep the brand active, consistent, and visible across multiple channels. You will also help guide and organize social media and graphic design interns so deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. It is a practical, fast-moving position suited to someone who enjoys taking initiative and wants to grow with an emerging brand.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Organize and maintain the content calendar around events, fight announcements, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the daily workflow of social media and graphic design interns.
- Update the company website with event details, fighter profiles, and ticketing information.
- Run email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber/audience lists.
- Track simple performance data such as engagement, reach, and content that helps drive ticket sales.
- Support marketing operations during fight nights and promotional events.
- Keep brand files, assets, and approval materials well organized and easy to access.
Required background
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination.
- Strong planning and organizational ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfort using social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Good writing and communication skills with sensitivity to brand tone and voice.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and keep execution on track.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Basic website CMS editing knowledge.
- Interest in combat sports, live events, or local sports communities.
