Job description
About the role
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding challenger beverage brand with strong momentum and ambitious growth plans. The position is very hands-on and suited to someone who is practical, proactive, and ready to help keep the brand moving in the real world.
The role is not a design position and is not intended for a senior creative producer. Instead, it focuses on being present at events, activations, sampling days, and retail visits to capture content, coordinate creators, and take ownership of day-to-day support tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Creating iPhone-first video content at events, activations, sampling sessions, retail visits, and moments involving the founders and team.
- Coordinating user-generated content creators, including product seeding, briefing, and follow-up communication.
- Assisting with trade shows, expos, tastings, sampling activities, and brand activations.
- Managing influencer relationships and related coordination tasks.
- Helping with stock packing, moving samples, setting up signage, and supporting event logistics.
- Taking photos, recording field notes, and writing activation summaries while keeping content well organised.
- Passing raw footage and assets to the creative and performance marketing teams.
- Stepping in wherever support is required.
What we're looking for
You should bring strong energy, a straightforward attitude, and a natural comfort working with people. You need to feel confident filming on your phone and be familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture without needing a steep learning curve.
This role suits someone who prefers being out in the field rather than sitting at a desk. You should be organised enough to track creator lists, follow-ups, and tasks, and comfortable with physically active work such as carrying boxes, staffing a stand, and persistently following up with creators until content is delivered.
The ideal person is a fast learner who is practical, dependable, and able to thrive in a messy start-up environment. Prior corporate marketing experience is not required; attitude matters more than traditional background.
Compensation and additional details
The salary range is AUD 70,000 to AUD 80,000 plus superannuation. The role is Sydney-based, involves working out in the field, and is not remote. The expected start is as soon as possible.
