Role Overview
Laith Al Obaidi Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who speaks Arabic to support its automotive marketing activities in Dubai. The position is focused on building brand visibility, generating sales opportunities, and improving customer engagement through both online and offline channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives across different channels, making sure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Work closely with internal departments as well as outside partners to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- Support content distribution across digital platforms and help maintain a consistent brand image in all materials.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce polished marketing assets.
- Communicate with agencies, vendors, and other business partners to support marketing execution.
- Help manage relationships and collaborations that support the company’s marketing goals.
- Create, publish, and maintain vehicle listings on marketplace platforms in a professional and appealing manner.
- Write accurate car descriptions covering specifications, condition, pricing, and major selling points.
- Upload images that meet platform quality standards and keep listings updated when details change.
- Track listing performance metrics such as views, inquiries, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements where needed.
- Use relevant keywords to improve listing visibility within marketplace search results.
- Handle customer inquiries, coordinate lead assignment with the sales team, and update vehicle status as sold or available.
- Review weak listings, improve their performance, or remove them when necessary.
- Coordinate with sales to keep vehicle availability information accurate.
- Analyze marketplace results and recommend actions that can increase lead generation.
- Ensure all postings follow each platform’s publishing rules and policies.
- Support event and exhibition organization, budget tracking, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience is needed, with automotive industry exposure preferred.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms, CRM tools, and marketing analytics is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and project management abilities are expected.
- A creative approach along with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency is important.
