The company focuses on making hygiene, wellness, and nourishment accessible to everyone and builds a workplace where curiosity is welcomed, ideas are valued, and people are trusted to take ownership and grow.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support a high-priority packaging transition across a portfolio of consumer brands. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role is centered on managing artwork updates from the initial brief through final production approval, with a strong focus on accuracy, timing, and coordination across teams.
This position works closely with Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging Development, Supply Chain, external agencies, and packaging suppliers. The role also serves as a main user of BrandWorks, handling artwork workflows, approvals, documentation, and tracking to help ensure a smooth transition across multiple product lines and package formats.
Responsibilities
The coordinator will take ownership of packaging and artwork activity tied to product launches and brand transitions, keeping each step moving on schedule and in line with project needs.
- Act as the lead coordinator for product launches across a portfolio of major brands, making sure packaging updates are completed on time.
- Oversee artwork projects from the first brief through to final production release.
- Arrange artwork reviews with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, consolidating feedback and ensuring it is applied correctly.
- Serve as a primary BrandWorks user by managing artwork workflows, approvals, and related records across the full artwork process.
- Keep artwork management tools and project trackers up to date, with milestones and approvals clearly documented.
- Prepare project status reports and share regular updates on progress, risks, and any outstanding actions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing several deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong accuracy and careful attention to detail, especially when working under pressure.
- Solid project coordination and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, plus the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Background in a consumer packaged goods or fast-moving consumer goods environment is beneficial.
- Experience handling packaging artwork, packaging change projects, or commercialization work is an advantage.
- Familiarity with artwork workflow or product management systems such as BrandWorks is helpful.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or print vendors is valued.
- Understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior in the CPG sector is a plus.
What We Offer
You will join a marketing team that works to maximize the impact of widely recognized brands. The team focuses on innovation, education, and helping consumers take control of their health, while providing a platform where strong ownership and quick thinking are highly valued.

Reckitt is an equal opportunity employer. In line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code, the company will provide accommodations during the recruitment, selection, and/or assessment process for applicants with disabilities. Candidates who require accommodation during any stage of the process are asked to inform the Talent Acquisition team about their needs so equal participation can be supported.
