Job description

Role overview

SKNV is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing function through a mix of campaign execution, sales enablement, and day-to-day operational coordination. This position plays an important role in keeping tradeshow planning, co-branded assets, marketing collateral, and campaign support moving smoothly across the business.

In this role, you will partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to make sure communications, materials, and campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule while staying aligned with brand standards and business goals. It is a strong fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.

Social media management

  • Plan, draft, and publish branded content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads, with messaging tailored to both patient and dermatology provider audiences.
  • Create content that fits established themes such as education, medication highlights, before-and-after stories, conference coverage, 503B credibility, testimonials, and awareness-day content.
  • Review performance data and audience engagement to improve timing, reach, and overall content approach across channels.

Marketing materials and collateral

  • Run the monthly ordering process for field consultants, including request intake, approvals, inventory checks, fulfillment tracking, and communication around shipments.
  • Organize the production and delivery of materials for new sales classes held 3 to 4 times per year, including intro packets, welcome kits, and business cards.
  • Support the development and review of marketing pieces by providing copy assistance and helping ensure all materials reflect SKNV brand requirements.
  • Keep clear records of stock levels, material requests, and the status of outstanding deliverables.

Tradeshows and conferences

  • Coordinate conferences and tradeshows with the sales operations team and senior marketing leadership.
  • Handle pre-event logistics such as material requests, Rx sample coordination, shipping schedules, setup guidance, and return handling.
  • Maintain event-specific marketing assets with the senior marketing team, including booth materials, presentations, lead-generation tools, and on-site brand support.
  • Support sales teams with pre-show briefings, photography guidance during events, iPad lead-tracking support, and post-event feedback collection.

Co-branding and partner materials

  • Own the full coordination process for co-branded materials, from initial discussion with sales and account contacts through production, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Manage communication across internal teams, consultants, vendors, and customers throughout the drafting and revision cycle.
  • Ensure co-branded assets meet both SKNV standards and partner expectations while keeping detailed records of requests, progress, and completed work.

Sales support and operations

  • Coordinate dinner presentation materials and other sales support assets so they remain current and ready for field use.
  • Work with the sales team to keep marketing tools and resources relevant, easy to access, and aligned with field needs.
  • Assist with rebranding efforts, including vendor communication, purchase order retrieval, copy and brand updates, and timeline tracking.
  • Handle additional one-off requests from sales, marketing, and leadership as team needs evolve.

What you bring

You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or similar position. The ideal candidate has practical experience with multi-channel campaigns, sales support, and social media coordination, along with a proven ability to manage several workstreams at once.

Strong writing and speaking skills are important, as is comfort creating partner-facing and internal materials. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.

Experience with scheduling tools, analytics, photo and video editing tools, email marketing platforms, and graphic design software is valuable. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is preferred. Background in dermatology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is an added advantage.

Who succeeds in this role

This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing tasks. The right person communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and brings care and energy to every project. SKNV is looking for someone who believes meaningful marketing can improve how healthcare reaches patients.
