Role overview
This is a hands-on marketing role with a client in the marketing agency and events space. It is well suited to someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working across several digital initiatives at once, and wants exposure to both campaign execution and client interaction.
Location
The position is based onsite in Greater Milwaukee.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus benefits. Full-time employees are eligible for a collaborative work environment, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other perks.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Handle day-to-day social media execution and account coordination.
- Create and publish content for blogs, email, and website channels.
- Transform video materials into short-form digital content assets.
- Maintain website updates and work within HubSpot.
- Coordinate timelines for digital advertising and deliver assets to external partners and publications.
- Monitor campaign and media performance and compile organized results reports.
- Assist with asset organization and help coordinate occasional photo and video shoots.
- Work directly with clients when needed to support projects and deliverables.
What you should bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area is preferred.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong ability in writing, editing, and clear communication.
- Comfort working with social media platforms, CMS tools, and email marketing systems.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and basic search engine optimization concepts.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several deadlines and priorities at once.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-focused setting.
