Role overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support brand growth and demand generation in Australia by working closely with sales, technical, headquarters, external agencies, and local teams. The role combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, branding, lead generation, content development, and performance tracking across both B2B and B2C activity.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and technical stakeholders to shape marketing plans for B2B and B2C channels in a way that supports commercial goals.
  • Improve digital marketing capabilities for new product launches and help strengthen sales effectiveness.
  • Help establish and grow a strong marketing team in Australia while coordinating closely with the local sales function to increase lead flow, brand advocacy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Run marketing campaigns and review performance data to support customer engagement initiatives such as roadshows, training workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Work across both organic and paid channels, including content development, content curation, paid search, events, publicity, social media, lead generation, and performance analysis.
  • Study competitor activity and market trends in Australia, then adapt messaging and tactics to suit different audience and market needs.
  • Create strategies and practical action plans that introduce the company to new audiences and attract high-quality prospects.

Branding and communications

  • Design and execute brand action plans that strengthen brand performance, raise awareness, and protect reputation.
  • Coordinate with headquarters, local teams, and outside agencies on O2O, B2B, and B2C branding work, including public relations, press releases, document review, social media, and website management.
  • Develop content for internal and external campaigns, covering storytelling, planning, and multimedia delivery.
  • Track media outcomes, review results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Support both internal and external brand promotion through corporate identity, tone of voice, brand actions, and employer branding efforts.
  • Equip the sales team with product and brand materials that align with each brand’s positioning and appeal to target customers.
  • Carry out in-depth market research to guide the creation of new campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, energy, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role is required, with photovoltaic or energy storage industry exposure considered an advantage.
  • Hands-on ability with Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical capability, including root cause analysis and the use of data to validate assumptions, guide recommendations, and influence action.
  • A solid background in branding and marketing, paired with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Sound logical thinking and a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Strong written English skills; additional language ability is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build teams and lead effectively.
