About the Role
Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator for a short-term contract based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work model requiring two days onsite and three days remote weekly. The position spans a 3-month duration, offering a pay rate of $35 per hour on a W2 basis without benefits.
Responsibilities
- Execute diverse marketing campaigns including email, paid media, and content marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines efficiently.
- Generate and nurture leads to support business development initiatives.
- Utilize content management systems such as WordPress to update and maintain website content.
- Collaborate across teams with a focus on detail-oriented execution and customer service.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage customer relationships and campaign automation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- Between three and five years of professional experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or creative production.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling capabilities with a keen eye for design principles like layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly desirable.
- Experience creating branded email templates and working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Marketing Cloud.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Skilled in managing content systems like WordPress.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables ready for client presentation.
- A portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, content, or creative projects is highly encouraged.
