About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand consistency and promotional efforts across various channels and platforms for a confidential government entity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on sports, entertainment, and platform-based brand development through strategic marketing initiatives and comprehensive communication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain uniform application of the brand identity across all internal and external channels, materials, and touchpoints.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with the organization's approved action plans to boost brand awareness and visibility, including partnership announcements, thought leadership, and social media content.
  • Develop marketing approaches for operational venues, ensuring clear market positioning, distinct brand identity, promotional tactics, and audience engagement strategies that correspond with overarching brand and commercial goals.
  • Execute the public relations and communication strategy aimed at enhancing corporate reputation, supporting business objectives, and safeguarding brand integrity.
  • Lead media relations activities such as press engagement, issuing press releases, coordinating interviews, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Guarantee adherence to established communication policies and guidelines in all interactions with external partners, media outlets, and the public.
  • Track media coverage and public opinion, proactively spotting potential risks or issues, escalating when necessary, and recommending appropriate responses or solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure message consistency and timely delivery of communication projects.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least five years of professional experience in marketing and communications, ideally within sports, entertainment, or associated industries.
  • Expertise in sports marketing, event promotion, or brand development for platform-based entities.
  • Experienced in media relations and public relations with a proven track record of enhancing corporate credibility and managing reputation.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently lead projects with direct reporting to senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing marketing strategies for venues, events, or live entertainment locations, including aspects such as brand positioning, launch planning, audience growth, and ongoing publicity.
  • Skilled at managing complex stakeholder groups, balancing global and local partner interests, aligning brand communications with business objectives.
  • Fluent in English with proficient professional writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Saudi national or native Arabic speaker with strong Arabic writing expertise is mandatory.
