Role Overview
This temporary Marketing Communications Coordinator role is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota and supports integrated marketing work for a growing organization. It is a long-term contract opportunity for a marketing professional who is comfortable juggling content coordination, campaign support, and cross-functional project management. The position plays an important part in improving brand communication, supporting sales materials, and keeping marketing initiatives moving from planning through launch.
What You’ll Do
- Work with internal marketing and communications partners to organize, edit, and publish website content so digital information stays current and accurate.
- Help develop and update B2B marketing assets such as sales presentations, summary documents, and other collateral used in commercial discussions.
- Support the planning and execution of conference and event marketing activities aimed at increasing brand presence in the healthcare sector.
- Collect campaign performance input from internal stakeholders and external partners, then compile the data into dashboards and reports to guide marketing decisions.
- Manage schedules, approval cycles, quality reviews, and final handoffs for outside agencies and vendors supporting media, creative, and design work.
- Assist with email marketing, copywriting, and related communications efforts to keep messaging consistent, clear, and audience-appropriate.
- Support social media and broader content projects by keeping workflows organized and materials aligned with campaign goals.
- Independently coordinate multiple marketing workstreams, provide status updates, and raise issues when alignment or decisions are required.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Early- to mid-level marketing experience, with an interest in healthcare communications.
- Proven ability to support marketing programs, campaign execution, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to handle several deadlines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copy development and cross-team coordination.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and WordPress, plus familiarity with email campaigns and digital content management.
- Self-starter who is reliable, uses sound judgment, and works well in a collaborative setting.
