Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related disciplines.
• Have approximately three years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or content creation, including internships or freelance work.
• Exhibit excellent writing and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing or contributing to social media accounts linked to a brand.
• Be familiar with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Understand fundamental digital marketing concepts, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Show interest in the education sector, youth development, or mission-driven organizational environments.
