Company Overview

MealLensAI builds an AI-powered wellness solution for people managing diabetes, high blood pressure, or ulcers. Users share their condition with the system, and it suggests meals designed to support health and, where possible, improve the condition using the user’s health data.

Role Overview

The Marketing Co-Founder will own the early growth engine for MealLensAI, shaping the go-to-market approach, brand narrative, and customer acquisition strategy while working fully remotely. This founding role is responsible for turning market and customer insights into effective campaigns, strengthening product-market fit, and helping establish the marketing function from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing direction and lead go-to-market planning for the product.
  • Define brand positioning and craft messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Research customers, competitors, and market trends to guide growth decisions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels such as social media, content, email, and paid media.
  • Improve user acquisition and funnel performance through ongoing optimization and experiments.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts reflect user needs and product capabilities.
  • Build partnerships that can support distribution, visibility, and growth.
  • Assist with sales efforts and community/customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Track key performance metrics and use data to refine strategy.
  • Contribute to overall company strategy as part of the founding team.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate campaign results, and make informed growth decisions.
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills for brand and cross-functional alignment.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition, including community building or B2C audience growth.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing channels, with experience launching and scaling products.
  • Capability to research market dynamics, user behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or founding team environment, with comfort handling ambiguity and rapid iteration.
  • Genuine interest in food, cooking, consumer applications, or AI-based products is an advantage.
  • Self-directed working style suited to a remote setup, with strong ownership and strategic judgment.

Compensation Note

This role is compensated in equity/shares rather than cash salary.
