Role Overview
This position leads marketing for an apparel and retail business across both digital and physical channels. The role is focused on improving revenue, strengthening brand presence, and coordinating campaign execution with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai, India

- Growth in revenue from both e-commerce and retail outlets
- Better conversion performance and higher average bill value
- Tracking and improvement of same-store sales growth
- Stronger paid media outcomes across Meta and Google platforms
- Lower acquisition costs and improved return on ad spend
- More effective SEO, SEM, and remarketing performance
- Lead generation across online and offline touchpoints
- Improved lead-to-sale conversion and CRM database expansion
- Higher store footfall through local activations and retail marketing
- Execution and evaluation of 360-degree campaigns
- Controlled discounting and disciplined margin management
- Greater brand visibility, engagement, and recall
- Support for new city and store launches with sales and breakeven targets
- Planning and monitoring of annual marketing budgets
- Leadership of marketing teams, vendors, and agencies
Compensation
The stated pay range is INR 15,00,000 to 30,00,000 per year.
