Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to contribute directly to marketing tasks including content creation, campaign execution, digital channel management, and performance reporting. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and focuses on producing marketing activities rather than managing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing content such as emails, social media posts, website copy, white papers, one-pagers, advertisements, press releases, and sales materials.
  • Design visual assets with Canva for platforms like LinkedIn, emails, and presentations.
  • Assist in video content including scripting, coordinating with production teams, and preparing distribution materials.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and manage content production pipelines.
  • Develop emails, landing pages, contact lists, and simple workflows in HubSpot under guidance.
  • Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, email, and company websites.
  • Organize and ensure brand consistency of campaign assets and coordinate with investor relations and sales teams for collateral support.
  • Manage daily organic LinkedIn activities including scheduling, copywriting, commenting, and engagement metrics.
  • Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns through audience targeting, creative asset management, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain website and related digital properties, ensuring content accuracy and updates.
  • Compile performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to report on campaign effectiveness and benchmark industry activity.
  • Provide marketing assistance to affiliated ventures aligned with company strategy and participate in ad hoc projects across departments.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years marketing experience.
  • Experience in private markets, financial services, or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging strategically for diverse business audiences.
  • Proficient use of AI tools to assist with content creation.
  • Expertise in social media management, especially LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of website content strategies and development processes.
  • Adaptable to various marketing tasks and eager to learn within real estate finance.
  • Alignment with MONTICELLOAM's values, mission, and growth goals.

Technology Tools

  • HubSpot for campaigns and reporting.
  • Canva for designing social and presentation graphics.
  • LinkedIn, both organic and paid advertising.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads for web and campaign analytics.
  • Claude and other AI tools for research and content assistance.
  • Microsoft Office suite for productivity.
  • Pipedrive CRM for supporting workflows.
  • WordPress for website content updates.

Compensation and Inclusion

The role offers a competitive base salary between $75,000 and $90,000 annually in New York City, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus. MONTICELLOAM is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
