Job summary

Hyer Boots is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant in the United States to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves helping with campaign coordination, content development, market research, promotional execution, and activities that strengthen brand visibility and customer interaction.

What you will do

  • Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and refresh marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional assets.
  • Assist with social media operations, including scheduling content and engaging with audiences.
  • Carry out market research and compare competitor activity.
  • Track how campaigns are performing and compile marketing summaries and reports.
  • Support the organization of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional programs.
  • Keep marketing databases, customer contact lists, and campaign records up to date.
  • Work with internal departments, vendors, and external collaborators.
  • Assist with email outreach and other digital marketing tasks.
  • Take on administrative work that helps the marketing team operate smoothly.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail along with a creative approach.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred: experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Preferred: familiarity with email marketing tools and core digital marketing concepts.
  • Preferred: knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Preferred: experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Preferred: understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.

Additional information

This position is based in the United States and is offered as a full-time onsite role.
