Job summary
Hyer Boots is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant in the United States to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves helping with campaign coordination, content development, market research, promotional execution, and activities that strengthen brand visibility and customer interaction.
What you will do
- Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and refresh marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional assets.
- Assist with social media operations, including scheduling content and engaging with audiences.
- Carry out market research and compare competitor activity.
- Track how campaigns are performing and compile marketing summaries and reports.
- Support the organization of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional programs.
- Keep marketing databases, customer contact lists, and campaign records up to date.
- Work with internal departments, vendors, and external collaborators.
- Assist with email outreach and other digital marketing tasks.
- Take on administrative work that helps the marketing team operate smoothly.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Sharp attention to detail along with a creative approach.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with email marketing tools and core digital marketing concepts.
- Preferred: knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Preferred: experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Preferred: understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
