Job summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help drive campaigns, support content development, and contribute to market research and promotional work. In this role, you will assist the marketing team with day-to-day coordination, campaign delivery, and activities that strengthen brand visibility and customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Develop, refresh, and organize marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional content.
- Help manage social media activities, schedule content, and engage with the audience.
- Carry out market research and analyze competitors.
- Track campaign results and compile marketing performance reports.
- Assist with organizing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional programs.
- Keep marketing databases, customer records, and campaign documentation up to date.
- Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and outside partners as needed.
- Contribute to email marketing and other digital marketing efforts.
- Handle administrative support tasks for the marketing function.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline is required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a comparable role.
- Strong command of written and spoken communication.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail along with a creative approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior exposure to social media platforms and content management tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing systems and digital marketing basics.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is an advantage.
