Job description

Job summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help drive campaigns, support content development, and contribute to market research and promotional work. In this role, you will assist the marketing team with day-to-day coordination, campaign delivery, and activities that strengthen brand visibility and customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop, refresh, and organize marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Help manage social media activities, schedule content, and engage with the audience.
  • Carry out market research and analyze competitors.
  • Track campaign results and compile marketing performance reports.
  • Assist with organizing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional programs.
  • Keep marketing databases, customer records, and campaign documentation up to date.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and outside partners as needed.
  • Contribute to email marketing and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Handle administrative support tasks for the marketing function.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline is required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a comparable role.
  • Strong command of written and spoken communication.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail along with a creative approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior exposure to social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems and digital marketing basics.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is an advantage.

Location and employment

This is a full-time position based in the United States.
