Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help deliver marketing campaigns, develop content, carry out market research, and support promotional efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to help implement initiatives, keep projects on track, and contribute to stronger brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and refresh marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional copy.
  • Assist with social media coordination, content calendars, and community engagement.
  • Research market trends and review competitor activity.
  • Track campaign results and compile marketing performance summaries.
  • Support the organization of marketing events, webinars, and promotional programs.
  • Keep marketing databases, customer contact lists, and campaign documentation up to date.
  • Work with internal departments, vendors, and outside partners.
  • Support email outreach and digital marketing tasks.
  • Handle administrative duties that help the marketing team operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
  • Between 0 and 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or a related area.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • High attention to detail along with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems and digital marketing basics.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Awareness of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising concepts is an advantage.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in the United States.
