About Mänresa

Mänresa creates kitchenware for people who care about provenance and materials. The range includes butcher blocks, chef knives, cast iron pans, and stainless steel pans. The company believes cookware should be made from earth-derived materials and kept free from PFAs and plastics. It is a small, founder-led business that is scaling quickly.

Role Overview

This position is for a hands-on brand builder who can shape how Mänresa appears across its website, social media, and sales materials. The company is not seeking someone to simply follow an existing content plan; instead, it wants a creative owner who can guide the brand’s voice and output across channels.

This is a practical startup role that involves creating, publishing, and learning from content directly. The selected candidate will be expected to write, shoot, edit, and manage content independently.

Key Work Areas

  • Develop and maintain the Mänresa voice across channels with a tone that feels direct, craft-focused, and honest about materials.
  • Produce content from start to finish, including photography and video of products, kitchens, and production processes, along with captions, blog articles, product copy, and graphics.
  • Update and manage the company’s soon-to-be-refreshed Webflow site, including CMS entries, blog posts, and product pages, as well as social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and any other relevant channels.
  • Create sales-support assets such as one-pagers, line sheets, and pitch collateral that help the sales representative in corporate gifting discussions.
  • Monitor audience growth and analyze which content drives users from awareness to purchase and repeat buying.
  • Contribute to brand direction with an ownership mindset rather than only executing instructions.

What the Role Requires

  • A portfolio showing content you personally produced, rather than only strategy or campaign oversight.
  • Practical experience using Webflow CMS for editing and publishing content, without needing full custom development skills.
  • A strong visual sense for photo and video work, especially in lifestyle, food, maker, or craft-oriented settings.
  • Ability to write in different tones, from short social captions to polished sales materials.
  • Background in a small company or startup environment where handling multiple responsibilities was normal.

Preferred Experience

  • Genuine interest in cooking, craftsmanship, or natural materials.
  • Basic exposure to paid social advertising or email marketing.
  • Own photography or videography equipment.

Working Style

The team operates with a small-headcount, high-trust, low-bureaucracy approach. You will work directly with the founders, and the company is looking for someone eager to help build the business rather than merely occupy a role.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000.
