Job description
Role overview
This position supports the safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of quality products by following established health and safety, operational, and quality requirements.
Key duties
- Follow quality standards, procedures, and work instructions without deviation.
- Operate production equipment as required.
- Inspect components to confirm they meet specification.
- Observe all health, safety, and environmental rules and processes.
- Complete production records and related documentation accurately.
- Work toward daily and ongoing output targets.
- Keep the work area clean and organised at all times.
- Support company-wide safety and quality initiatives.
- Apply GMP practices consistently in day-to-day work, including event and process recording.
- Use knowledge gained from GMP training and maintain compliance with it.
- Take on additional duties as the role or department evolves and as business needs change.
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Leaving Certificate is required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Experience with cGMP is preferred.
- Background in quality, quality control, or metrology is an advantage.

- Flexible, committed, and focused on results.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Reporting and working relationships
- Reports directly to the Team Leader.
- Works closely with Operations and Managers.
- Coordinates with the Quality Team as needed.
