Role Overview

The Manufacturing Assistant supports the assembly line team by handling routine tasks such as organizing supplies, preparing components, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and assisting mechanical and electrical assembly personnel when necessary. This position requires prior experience in an industrial setting and values reliability, eagerness to learn, and adherence to safety protocols. Teamwork and a positive demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the planned production schedules and targets.
• Ensure assemblies are completed with high quality to achieve product yield goals.
• Comply with AS9100 quality management standards.
• Support a safe and efficient lean manufacturing process.
• Work closely with production and quality control teams to address and resolve assembly issues.
