As a Manhattan WMS Specialist, you will support application development and production operations for Manhattan WMS while helping improve system stability, business alignment, and support processes.
What You Will Do
- Deliver application support and development services for Manhattan WMS, including incident handling, problem resolution, service requests, and health checks.
- Set up, connect, and improve WMS capabilities according to business needs.
- Support batch processing, key system activities, user administration, and access control.
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and day-to-day operational documentation.
- Work with product vendors to obtain L3/L4 assistance and manage escalation paths.
- Review business requirements, contribute to story refinement, and assist with QA and testing efforts.
- Take part in releases, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS configuration, integration, and support, ideally on the 2018 version.
- Strong understanding of distribution center operations and supply chain workflows.
- Practical exposure to incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to support batch processes and monitor system performance effectively.
- Well-developed analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
- Experience with IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle Database, SQL, and Azure Cloud.
- Nice-to-have exposure to Relex or similar supply chain platforms.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Background in retail or distribution settings is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automation and reporting tools is useful.
