Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned financial advisor to assume the role of Managing Director. This position centers on advancing your own advisory work while simultaneously recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of financial advisors aiming to enhance their practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a team of skilled financial advisors, promoting a culture of high performance.
• Continue managing your personal client portfolio.
• Recruit new advisors and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and future direction of the firm.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 3 years of advancing experience in financial services with an actively growing personal client base.
• Possession of an active Life and Health License.
• Preferred FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses; support and sponsorship available if these are not held.
• A proven track record in client acquisition, planning, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• A strategic, business-oriented outlook with a commitment to long-term growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
