We are seeking motivated individuals to join our company as manager trainees, based in various Australian cities including Sydney, Cairns, Perth, and Melbourne. Our company operates tour and dining businesses catering to Japanese travelers in Australia, and we invite candidates eager to build a long-term career in the tour or food service industries.
Job Role
This opportunity is designed for those interested in eventually assuming managerial responsibilities. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program involving multiple job functions such as tour guiding, driver duties, booking management, operational oversight, staff development, and marketing through social media and web platforms. The role also includes managing data systems related to tours and performing diverse tasks in the food service outlets. Ultimately, the trainee will gain experience in branch revenue management, personnel leadership, and strategic planning.
Location
The position is located onsite within Australia, with flexibility to transfer between offices during the training period.
Eligibility and Requirements
- An active visa allowing employment for approximately one year (including working holiday or student visas, or permanent residency)
- Prior professional experience in any field; customer service and sales backgrounds are advantageous
- Interest in long-term career advancement in tourism or dining sectors
- Motivation to engage in team management, branch operations, and financial oversight
- Willingness to work across multiple locations as needed during training
