Candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program involving multiple job functions such as tour guiding, driver duties, booking management, operational oversight, staff development, and marketing through social media and web platforms. The role also includes managing data systems related to tours and performing diverse tasks in the food service outlets. Ultimately, the trainee will gain experience in branch revenue management, personnel leadership, and strategic planning.

Location

The position is located onsite within Australia, with flexibility to transfer between offices during the training period.

  • Willingness to work across multiple locations as needed during training

Preferred Traits

  • Access to various training programs
