Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the accountant responsible for the general ledger function. The role centers on GST reporting, fixed asset administration, and the preparation of financial reports, as well as communications with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to both external and internal audit activities, prepare the organization’s annual budget, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties on matters related to budgeting. The role also includes assistance with additional financial reporting tasks and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A degree in Accountancy from a recognized university is required.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a managerial role is required.
- The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and resilience.
- Prior exposure to an ERP environment, especially Oracle NetSuite, will be considered an advantage.
