  • Handle supplier shortlisting, commercial negotiations, and contract administration to secure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Partner with project teams and other stakeholders to gather procurement requirements and technical specifications.
  • Review the market and assess suppliers to uncover savings opportunities and reduce exposure to risk.
  • Track procurement results against KPIs and contractual commitments, and drive compliance and improvement.
  • Make sure procurement work follows internal policies, ethical expectations, and all relevant regulations.
  • Guide, support, and develop procurement staff within the residential procurement team.
  • Prepare recurring procurement updates and surface concerns or risks to senior leadership when necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experience leading procurement teams and managing procurement-related projects.
  • Comfort using procurement systems and related tools.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
