Job description
Job Purpose
This position focuses on helping plan, coordinate, and deliver technology infrastructure initiatives across Qiddiya assets and development projects. The role supports the rollout of IT infrastructure solutions, keeps project activities moving, works closely with stakeholders and vendors, and helps ensure technology services are delivered in line with business needs, project schedules, and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers infrastructure delivery, planning, vendor coordination, governance, and operational handover.
Infrastructure Project Delivery
- Assist in delivering technology infrastructure projects end to end across Qiddiya assets, facilities, and development areas.
- Coordinate implementation of network, connectivity, workplace technology, security, and data center infrastructure solutions.
- Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to help keep execution on time.
- Support the handover of finished projects to operations and service teams.
Planning & Coordination
- Work with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and technology vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help review project needs, technical designs, and implementation plans.
- Support capacity planning and technology readiness activities.
- Follow project progress and share regular updates with management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain working relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Coordinate vendor tasks, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Support procurement work such as technical assessments, quotations, purchase requests, and contract execution.
- Organize meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting
- Keep project documentation, trackers, and governance records up to date.
- Prepare dashboards, progress reports, risk registers, and executive presentations.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure work follows organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Infrastructure Readiness & Handover
- Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate handover of infrastructure to operations and support teams.
- Confirm that deliverables, documentation, and acceptance criteria are fully completed.
- Assist with post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CCNA, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, technology project management, or enterprise infrastructure operations.
