Role summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen its marketing technology, data, and digital acquisition capabilities. This position focuses on building measurable growth through customer acquisition, conversion improvement, campaign automation, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and maintain the performance marketing technology roadmap in collaboration with product owners and delivery leaders.
  • Convert commercial goals into product needs, user stories, and scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct market research, compare competitor approaches, and use performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Promote the use of MarTech and AdTech tools that improve targeting, personalization, automation, acquisition, and measurement.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support performance marketing across paid and owned media channels.
  • Spot gaps in capability, data, and technology, and recommend improvements that raise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Improve marketing workflows and operational processes to support campaign delivery, measurement, and reporting.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog while keeping work aligned with business priorities.
  • Represent customer needs and internal stakeholder interests throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor core performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and attribution results.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product delivery and optimization.

Qualifications and experience

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition is expected.
  • Hands-on understanding of paid media, web analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and customer data platforms is necessary.
  • Experience in aviation or travel is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Agile certification is preferred, but it is not compulsory.
