About the Role

Disney is renowned for creating extraordinary storytelling experiences, accomplished through innovative technology and creative excellence across movies, games, parks, and media. Join this dynamic team as a Human Resources leader supporting the Finance division, where you'll act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership. You'll deliver comprehensive HR initiatives encompassing organizational design, talent management, change leadership, and inclusive practices. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of HR services supporting the Disney Experiences Finance team.
  • Provide proactive strategic HR guidance by anticipating business and organizational shifts to craft effective talent and inclusion strategies.
  • Analyze organizational data effectively and present actionable insights to influence decision-making.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to oversee resource planning and ensure equitable recruitment processes.
  • Develop strong working relationships at all organizational levels to foster partnership and trust.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives that optimize structures, roles, and processes for faster and more efficient business adaptability.
  • Coach leaders on HR programs such as talent planning, professional development, and performance management to nurture engagement and continuous learning.
  • Partner with HR specialists to implement human capital strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Formulate and execute plans to heighten team and individual effectiveness enhancing overall business capacity.
  • Identify talent gaps aligned to business strategies and recommend development interventions to bridge those gaps.
  • Champion innovative approaches and embrace flexibility, agility, and a global mindset to advance organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years in progressively responsible HR Business Partner roles, especially within organizational development, talent management, and change management in analytical or technical settings.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to quickly digest new information.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven influence and partnership skills across diverse organizational structures to achieve business outcomes.
  • Consultative approach to resolving organizational challenges and building consensus on solutions.
  • Trusted advisor with integrity, initiative, and a relationship-driven mindset.
  • Ability to identify issues swiftly and create targeted action plans.
  • Strong strategic planning and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position in Lake Buena Vista, FL is $132,500 to $161,900 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on internal equity and factors such as candidate’s location, experience, knowledge, and skills. Additional compensation components may include bonuses and long-term incentive units. A full suite of medical, financial, and other benefits will be available as part of the package, appropriate to the role and level.
