  • Oversee the financial performance of programs and projects, ensuring they meet Cost Recovery Ratio (CRR) targets and track income across SBF's revenue streams.
  • Prepare periodic analyses of program-level financial performance, identifying areas where cost recovery targets might be missed and collaborating with program owners on cost drivers and income assumptions.
  • Support the Finance team in assessing the financial sustainability of various programs and initiatives.
  • Generate monthly Financial Review Decks for management meetings and quarterly financial reports for Council meetings, providing clear explanations for financial movements, variances, and trends.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed, and assist in preparing financial data for management discussions, program reviews, and new initiatives.
  • Utilize NetSuite and other financial tools for data extraction and analysis, and support the enhancement of financial reporting templates and dashboards.
