Role Overview

This position is focused on increasing incremental bookings and improving inventory movement for the South Zone sustenance portfolio. The work combines digital marketing, data-led activation, partner-led demand generation, and reputation building. The role is not limited to lead generation; it also includes conversion improvement, database monetization, organic demand creation, and project reputation management in close coordination with sales and CRM/CDP teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage affiliate partners and third-party presales teams to bring qualified walk-ins for sustenance projects.
  • Work with site sales teams to keep offers, messaging, and sales narratives current and conversion-focused.
  • Review partner outcomes such as walk-ins, bookings, and return on investment, then suggest improvements.
  • Partner with CRM/CDP teams to identify high-intent, warm, and inactive prospects from past databases.
  • Create audience segments and run re-engagement journeys through email, WhatsApp, calling reminders, and remarketing.
  • Support curated events, invite-only previews, and project-specific engagement programs that encourage site visits and bookings.
  • Plan and execute SEO and local GEO initiatives to grow unpaid traffic and inquiries for sustenance projects.
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of project-focused digital content such as landing pages, blogs, FAQs, videos, and micro-site updates.
  • Track organic performance across traffic, leads, and rankings, and share findings for improvement.
  • Monitor the full funnel from lead to walk-in to booking and identify where drop-offs occur by project.
  • Collaborate with sales, call centre, and agencies to refine scripts, customer journeys, landing pages, and creatives for better conversion.
  • Support inventory-specific conversion campaigns, including limited-time offers and nudges, to move priority units faster.
  • Track ratings, reviews, and social conversation around major projects across platforms.
  • Run initiatives to improve review scores, response rates, and sentiment in important micro-markets.
  • Work with social and media teams to promote positive stories and customer testimonials.
  • Maintain current intelligence on competing projects, including pricing, offers, creative positioning, and digital activity.
  • Provide structured inputs for counter-offers, creative direction, and positioning during weekly reviews.
  • Serve as the digital and data lead in weekly inventory monetization / war room discussions.
  • Coordinate with media, creative, CRM/CDP, IT, and sales teams to ensure planned digital actions are executed on time.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by incremental booking value influenced through sustenance projects, the share of bookings or revenue driven by CRM/CDP and database activation, non-paid lead contribution, qualified walk-ins from affiliates and organic channels, better lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion ratios, and stronger reputation metrics such as review scores, response rates, and sentiment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Professionals with performance or growth marketing experience in real estate, BFSI, automobile, or insurance.
  • Candidates who have previously managed people and led a team of at least 3 to 4 members.
  • Applicants with exposure to agentic AI or digital marketing workflows built with LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
  • People who combine marketing capability with AI, technology, and martech orientation rather than only traditional marketing experience.

Tools and Platform Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Working familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush is preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce and LeadSquared is an advantage.

Core Capabilities

  • Strong practical experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on funnel and revenue outcomes rather than only media spend.
  • Experience using agentic AI and LLM-based workflows for digital marketing execution.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, local SEO, content coordination, and analytics.
  • Comfort collaborating with agencies and internal teams across sales, marketing, and technology.

Preferred Strengths

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, basic CDP concepts, and lifecycle or remarketing journeys.
  • Ability to interpret attribution and funnel dashboards and turn insights into action plans.

Behavioural Expectations

  • High ownership, a strong execution mindset, and comfort with weekly target reviews.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage several initiatives at once.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
