Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on strengthening the brand’s public presence through lifestyle and corporate communication initiatives. The role calls for a seasoned PR professional who can shape visibility for products, leadership, campaigns, and the company’s wider purpose across media and digital channels.
What You Will Do
- Increase product visibility through planned PR outreach, media pitching, and well-curated media drops.
- Organize and lead high-value media interactions, walkthroughs, events, and brand engagement activities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, business, lifestyle, and regional media contacts.
- Own PR planning calendars for lifestyle and corporate communications, along with campaign schedules and timely reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate coverage, share of voice, sentiment, and overall campaign outcomes.
- Assist with crisis communication planning and respond to issues in real time when needed.
- Improve leadership visibility through interviews, podcasts, opinion articles, KOL collaborations, and speaking engagements.
- Plan LinkedIn-led communication efforts, including corporate announcements, thought leadership, and campaign amplification.
- Create strong industry narratives, media hooks, and communication structures.
- Partner with senior leadership to craft strategic messages and external communication plans.
- Support brand communication around craft, artisan communities, heritage, sustainability, and the organization’s mission and vision.
- Develop storytelling approaches that deepen brand identity and emotional connection with consumers.
- Build communication plans for campaigns, launches, cultural occasions, and brand-led initiatives.
- Ensure the brand voice remains consistent across media, content, leadership communication, and marketing platforms.
- Work with internal teams to surface stories about craftsmanship, communities, and brand purpose.
- Design and execute content marketing plans that support business and brand goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside agencies for content production and distribution.
- Maintain a consistent tone, message, and positioning across all communication channels.
Experience and Education
The role requires 6 to 7 years of experience in lifestyle PR and corporate communications. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline is expected.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong media relationship management with editors and senior journalists
- Excellent writing, editing, and narrative-building skills
- Working knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and GEO optimization
- Experience in corporate communication and thought leadership positioning
- Ability to manage several campaigns and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong presentation, coordination, and project management capability
- Comfort with data-led reporting and performance measurement
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities across sectors
- Understanding of crisis response and reputation recovery
- Ability to balance lifestyle PR and corporate PR priorities simultaneously
