Job Overview
We are seeking a Communications Events Manager to lead the comprehensive planning and execution of diverse communication events including premieres, test drives, and large corporate formats. The role focuses on transforming communication strategies into engaging live and digital brand experiences with consistent storytelling, seamless implementation, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute communication events across Europe such as press conferences, media drives, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
- Create and approve event concepts, timelines, budgets, and detailed execution strategies.
- Convert communication strategies into captivating event themes and narratives suited for static and dynamic settings.
- Oversee the entire event process from initial concept through delivery and post-event assessment.
- Manage collaboration with agencies, suppliers, and production partners to ensure top-quality event execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison among Communications, Brand Experience teams, and external collaborators.
- Direct trade show planning, including booth design, vehicle presentations, and on-site production management.
- Ensure all event activities comply with safety rules and operational standards.
- Enhance stakeholder interaction through customized event formats and communication materials.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the event strategy and refining event processes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in event communications, brand experience, or PR, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated success managing complex events such as trade shows, media events, and press conferences at a European level.
- Experience coordinating with agencies, production teams, and cross-functional collaborators.
- In-depth knowledge of brand presentation in physical spaces, including booth and vehicle display design.
- Excellent project management capabilities covering budget oversight, timeline management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
