About the Role
Join Accenture New Zealand's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice and play a key role in transforming how organisations operate, lead, and grow. We are expanding due to ongoing growth and are seeking Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers. Whether your experience is in change management, HR transformation, workforce strategy, or broader business transformation, you will engage with some of New Zealand's top organisations on their most challenging people and organisational issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to execute large-scale transformation projects.
- Create and implement people and change strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and change adoption efforts.
- Support initiatives related to HR and workforce transformation.
- Assist clients in preparing for the future workforce through planning, skills, and talent strategies.
- Design and deliver programs focused on learning, capability building, and talent development.
- Facilitate workshops and interact with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
- Participate in business development, contribute to proposals, and support thought leadership.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, particularly in Manager and Senior Manager roles.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possess prior consulting experience.
- Experience in delivering organisational, workforce, or people transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Effective collaborator capable of thriving in dynamic and complex environments.
- A genuine passion for guiding organisations and their people through change.
- Experience working across diverse industries is highly valued.

- Proven leadership experience.
