About the Role and Company

As a Management Consultant based in Singapore, you will join a multidisciplinary team delivering transformative projects for financial sector clients, including banking, insurance, asset management, and other institutions. Your objective is to help organizations adopt innovative business practices through complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business and technology transformation programs for clients across banking and insurance sectors.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support enterprise architecture, IT strategy development, digital modernization, and technology upgrade projects.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and solution designs clearly and accurately.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, process evaluations, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Provide comprehensive PMO support including project planning, governance, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and steering committee management.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to extract insights, inform decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and quantify outcomes.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, business cases, dashboards, and transformation roadmaps addressed to senior leadership.
• Assist in implementation phases, including testing, change management, and ensuring business readiness.
• Contribute to proposal writing, market research, thought leadership, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of measurable business objectives.
• Actively monitor project risks and issues, proposing proactive work-arounds and gap solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• Between 2 and 6 years of experience working in management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured, logical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated capability to manage diverse stakeholders and build client-focused relationships.
• Autonomous as well as collaborative working style.
• Commercial awareness and solid business acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for innovation and transformation initiatives.
• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, analytics platforms, and business process management (BPM) tools is advantageous.
