- Bring specialist technical support to client projects, including occasional on-site work as part of the project team.
- Help simplify, streamline, and automate technical operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with clients to define needs, deliver outcomes, and design and execute complex projects, ideally in the health sector.
- Ability to provide specialist technical expertise in client-facing project settings.
- Willingness to work on-site when the project requires it.
- Experience contributing to process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and a desire to build a career in this area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting complex issues and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- A commercially minded and inquisitive approach.
Perks
- Discretionary bonus potential and generous referral bonuses.
- Retail discounts and special deals.

- $250 annual wellbeing allowance.
- Life and income protection coverage.
- Access to Sonder, EAP, and Headspace support services.
- 15 days of paid sick leave.
- Group-rate health insurance, subject to eligibility.
- Flexible working options and a supportive coaching culture.
- Two paid recognition days during the annual summer shutdown period.
- Option to purchase up to two additional weeks of annual leave.
- Paid parental leave for all parents, with flexible options and financial planning support.
