Role Overview

This opportunity is for experienced management consultants who have worked with Big 4 or other well-known consulting firms and may be deployed across a variety of consulting assignments with Big 4 firms, public-sector clients, and private-sector organisations in Saudi Arabia.

• Strategy development and execution
• Target operating model design
• PMO and governance
• Digital transformation
• Organisational design and restructuring
• Performance management and KPI frameworks
• Change management
• Business process reengineering
• Corporate finance and business development
• HR transformation and workforce planning

Candidate Profile

• Saudi nationals only
• 4 to 10 years of professional experience
• Previous experience with a consulting firm such as Big 4, MBB, Tier-2 boutique, or another reputable advisory organisation
• Strong command of both Arabic and English
• Currently based in Riyadh, Jeddah, or open to relocation within Saudi Arabia
• PMP, MBA, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage
