GAR began as a seed-to-shelf palm oil business and is now also expanding into other key crops such as sugar, soybean, sunflower, and coconut. The organisation places strong emphasis on people development through global exposure, cross-border learning, and continuous training, with the aim of building careers that create value for both people and the planet.
