Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in civil maintenance to join our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves performing routine upkeep and repairs to maintain building integrity and safety.
Primary Duties
- Conduct regular civil maintenance tasks and repair works.
- Execute masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, and fundamental concrete repairs.
- Inspect structures to detect maintenance needs and issues.
- Ensure prompt and efficient completion of assigned maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company protocols during all tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in civil maintenance work.
- Strong understanding of general building maintenance principles.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,000.
